At Realm Hoppers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your otherworldly fashion. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during their journey back to us.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
